photo1We have 3D design capability to work from the concept design to the final production products. These jobs will be directly integrated with our 3D print prototype making, tooling making, and product manufacturing. We will work with our customer for the design details and provide total solution for the production.

The filament material to print can be PLA, ABS, Flexible, PETG, PC, Nylon, HIPS.
Printing Volume: PX is 10.6" x 8.3" x 7.4" ,  KX is 12" x 10" x 10"
Specification of machine, XY axis positioning accuracy: 0.011mm,  Z axis positioning accuracy : 0.004mm,  Layer thickness: 0.1-0.4mm,  Standard extruder diameter: 0.4mm. Printing product tolerance +/-0.4mm. Minimum parts feature detail: 0.8mm.

FDM (Fusion Deposition Modeling)

3D Printing FDM is one of the additive manufacturing which can create Fast and Affordable parts. The FDM is also known as Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF). The print layers likely visible on surface. With proper material selection, FDM can be used to create durable prototypes that withstand thermal, chemical, and mechanical stress. High-performance materials make FDM a perfect solution for producing jigs, fixtures, custom made parts and small scale production tooling.

 

 
 

PROTOTYPING AND MANUFACTURING
